Second training module for young participants in Avala, Serbia

From April 22nd to April 28th 2017, a representation of Asociación PROJUVEN participated in the Erasmus+ project “EU school of T-skills & self-employment” – Second training module for young participants in Avala, Serbia, coordinated by “Youth organization of Europe for International Cooperation” (Serbia). In the project took part participants from: Serbia, Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Slovakia, Turkey, Spain, Bulgaria and FYROM.

The main objective of the Second training module for young participants” was to increase participants understanding of transversal skills, improving their professional and business skills and to empower youth worker capacities towards self-employment. The participants had a chance to develop their employability skills and to learn how to become more self-confident by mastering interpersonal skills, team management skills, and leadership.
