Projuven leaded the first mobility activity of the project KA2 “IMCEskills” in Malaga, Spain

The first mobility part of the KA2 Project “Innovative approaches and non-formal methods to promote creative potential and entrepreneurial skills among young people” (IMCEskills), took place in Malaga from 26 April to 2 May, 2017. The partners in the project are Academy Future for Business Development from Bulgaria (coordinator), Futuro Digitale from Italy and Asociación Projuven from Spain.

The Spanish partner have welcomed 14 participants from Italy and Bulgaria, interested in the topic of Entrepreneurship and willing to know how they could develop in the future their business idea in order to be successful.The project aims to offer knowledge on the subject of entrepreneurship, to stimulate young people to develop innovative ideas, to find new employment opportunities and to turn their own ideas into value – to be Entrepreneurs.

During the first day, the participants visited the institute I.E.S. Sierra Bermeja, where they had the opportunities to present the idea of the project and to meet other Spanish participants interested in the topic. In the second part of the daily session the students have been welcomed by The Ronald Mc Donald Children’s Foundation in Malaga. The foundation was a case study example of International Cooperation Project within the Fundraising sector. Participants had the possibility to see how the non-profit industry works with respect to the medical field.

In the following days, the youngsters had the chance to visit The Andalusian Public Foundation, “Andalucía Emprende”, a center which promotes the creation and development of companies and employment and fosters the entrepreneurial culture in the region. The young people came into contact with the entrepreneurship reality of Andalucía and learn more about the work strategies promoted by the Spanish center. During the remaining days, they had opportunity to take part in different workshops on the Entrepreneurship fields. Among the different discussions in which they have been dedicated, there are Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Marketing and Production and Sales.

In addition, the mobility gave them the chance to discover the host territory, to exchange cultures, typical food of each country, dances and traditions through an intercultural Night. It has been not only a great time for personal growth, but also an opportunity to see what does it means to be Entrepreneurs, according to the different countries.
