The Erasmus+ project “Exploit your diversity“, led by Asociación Projuven and held in Torremolinos (Metropolitan Area of Malaga), took place from November 15th to 22nd 2016.
The “Exploit your diversity” project is a Training Course involving 20 young people from 6 European organizations: Asociación Projuven from Spain, Futuro Digitale from Italy, Walk together from Bulgaria, Asociacija Apkabink Europa from Lithuania, ADEL from Slovakia and GEYC from Romania.
The main goal is to strengthen social cohesion at youth level, to give an opportunity for those working in a multicultural environment and who want to improve their skills and competencies to manage diversity, to acquire tools and to develop skills necessary to combat discrimination, to enhance the value of having different cultural backgrounds.
Very important was the visit to “Malaga Acoge”: participants had the opportunity to learn more about the actual situation in Andalusia and in Malaga about diversity, human rights respect and integration strategies.
