Hello Nina! Can you give us your opinion about the project “Drive the change”?
The project “Drive the change” was very interesting and useful. We learned many new things to use to create our own business. The information was provided in a very accessible way so that everyone could understand it. We also did exercises and tasks in practice. We conducted a business interview and learned what was required to create a business plan. The topics in the project have been very well chosen and explained. The knowledge obtained from the project is a good basis for starting a successful business. I think every young entrepreneur has to get involved in such a project before starting business to get a good foundation and head in the right direction. The evenings during the project ended with intercultural dinners. We had the opportunity to get to know the traditions and culture of participants from other nationalities. It was very interesting and exciting.
In your opinion how can Social Entrepreneurs create value for our society?
In my opinion, social entrepreneurs need to turn to a business that will be useful for the future. For example environmentally products and environmental protection. recycle waste and use natural products that do not harm the environment. In my opinion, the quality of production technologies must be built on to make production easier and less harmful to the environment. Should be done a business strategy that has to be made for maximum revenue and benefits with minimal waste and damage. This will optimize business. It is necessary to introduce innovation and modernization of social entrepreneurs’ ideas.
What is the most important thing you have learned during the training? How do you plan to share and use your knowledge?
The most important thing I learned during the project was the basic rules of the business. For example taxes, fees, business strategies and in general how to start a successful business. What is the most important thing for this activity and what to look out for. The knowledge I learned will share with my colleagues and friends who are interested in this topic and want to do business.
After the project I made a presentation and showed what I learned to my colleagues from the university. For them this information was very useful and interesting. I will also apply what I learned when preparing a business plan and starting my own business.
I am very pleased and happy to have been able to participate in this project. Organization and teaching were of very good quality.
