Guillermo participated in the Youth Exchange “Share and Go” in Salerno, Italy
Hello Guillermo! Can you give us an overall opinion on the project “Share and Go”?
I have been in two other projects and I can say that this one has been the best. All this because of the organization, activities, time and people who took part in this project. From the first moment all the participants have connected and even if we had only been a few hours together it seemed as if we knew each other much longer. Regarding the organizers of the project, they have known how to manage the activities by varying them every day as well as the places where we made them. Especially I should mention Francesco – the trainer of the youth exchange, who has managed the project in a very appropriate, effective and also fun way.
How did the group affect your personal experience during this youth exchange?
I think that the group has had a good atmosphere from the first day and how could it be otherwise we have shared traditions, anecdotes, language and hobbies with people from other countries which I think is very good for oneself. I can say that coming back to Spain I took with me new and very good friends.
What is the most important thing you have learned during the project?
I have improved a lot regarding the team working with people so diverse that has been a great challenge for me. However, I think I have learned and enjoyed it at the same time so I can only say that it has been a very good and enriching experience for me.
