#PJstories – Interview with Florina Milos

Florina participated in the Training Course “Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders in Teens” in Voronet, Romania

“Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders in Teens” (DEED) was the first project I’ve had the pleasure to attend. During the week in Romania, we have done a lot of activities about the problems related to the eating disorders, the topics that we have most touched had been anorexia and bulimia. We have done small theatres to talk about Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders, small work groups where we were assigned problems that we had to resolve, we have discussed issues related to the project.

Another work we did was the creation of a video, a blog and brochure. Divided by groups we take care of doing these tasks every day since the last day we had to expose the work done and it paid off, we have done great jobs! I post you below the blog and the video so you can enjoy it as we did:

And how can I forget my secret friend. This activity that consisted in making gifts to your secret friend of whom we knew little but without a doubt we did it the best possible and without anyone suspecting. The last night the mystery was revealed.

Maybe the activity that we have most enjoyed without a doubt has been the distribution of apples with messages ” Eat healthy ”, ” mananca sanatos ”, ” healthy ” … consisted in distributing apples to anyone who will go through the street to be aware and lead a life as healthy as possible. The smile of the people had no price.

The excursions have been another of the things we have enjoyed. We have seen landscapes worthy of admiration and the true is that Romania is so beautiful! Green landscapes, fields, mountains …

On the other hand, I have met many people who have stolen my heart and to whom I will be eternally grateful, because we have known how to be a group and that is the most important of these projects I suppose.

Together we have learned a lot of things, we have laughed but without a doubt we have also cried since the last night together we all had our emotions on the surface.

It has been an experience to repeat and to everyone who tells it, I say, “You have to live it for yourself so that you feel what I have felt in 11 days!

For me it has been short, but intense..

Thanks to all and above all thanks to the Asociación Projuven for giving me the opportunity!
