#PJstories – Interview with Nazaret

Nazaret participated in the Training Course “YOUth 4 peace” in Bansko, Bulgaria

Hello Nazaret! Can you give us an overall opinion on the project  “YOUth 4 peace”?

The project in which I took part in Bansko, Bulgaria dealt with conflict resolution through non-violent methods and was one of the most interesting for me.

I have learned to manage the emotions, to reorganize the ideas, to agree with my colleagues, etc. It has been a great project but very intense in turn. We have done many workshops and debates on various topics and putting and exposing them together. The organization has been fantastic and any doubts we had they solved it without problems changing even the schedules of the meals or the spa in order to benefit us.

All the participants in the project have given the maximum of them, forming part of very heterogeneous group with desire to enjoy learning. There was no problem between us and we had a great time together.

Undoubtedly, what I learned most during the project is to overcome difficulties and obstacles. It is very difficult when you travel alone, without know anyone, without know the language and in a course where most of your time you are putting your mental capacity to 100% but as always there are good days and bad days and that is what you have to overcome, look around and see how far you have been able to reach.
