Job Shadowing in Málaga, in the framework of the Capacity Building project ES4Y

In the framework of the project Capacity Building – Employability Skills 4 Youth (ES4Y), Asociación Projuven had the pleasure to welcome in Málaga, Stefano Paoletti, Responsible of Marketing & Sales area in Italian Chamber of Commerce in Rosario, Argentina.

The overall objective of the project ES4Y is to transfer to youth workers innovative training methodologies to improve guidance and counselling, vocational and non-formal training in EU and Latin America for youngsters and young NEETs who are facing more difficulties to enter on the labour market and thus, are more vulnerable to be at risk of social exclusion.

During the job shadowing programme in Spain, Stefano had the opportunity to visit and know more about the work of CESUR. CESUR was born from Coremsa Formación, a business group specialised, among other things, in Higher Education and Vocational Training for young people. They offer students the most advanced and functional technological equipment as well as qualified and professional teachers. The meeting was extremely interesting and helped us to get some suggestions and good practices from an Institution working already since several years for the personal and professional growth of young people in Spain and Europe. The visit was a great opportunity for exchange of good practices for both, Spanish and Argentinian partner.

During his stay in Málaga, Paoletti acquired new competences in Asociación Projuven, but also gave us some new ideas for capacity of entrepreneurial skills of young people which were already experienced in Latin America and which gave them a good result for achieving their priorities.

Projuven presented its work related to the entrepreneurship field and the priorities and outcomes of its ongoing projects.
