The project ART vs HATE is a youth exchange involving 39 young people from 6 countries: UK, Italy, Bulgaria, FYROM, Spain and Turkey .
The main aims of the exchange are raising awareness among young people and helping them understand better what hate speech is and that it can actually lead to hate crime and other sequences. Also is important informing young people how to efficiently fight against hate speech in non violent way and presenting graffiti as an effective way to combat hate speech. Informing young people about NO HATE SPEECH MOVEMENT of CoE and stimulating the active participation of young people towards hate speech by becoming activists against hate speech. Of course, promoting tolerance, mutual understanding and dialogue between young people from different nationalities.
Food and accommodation will be provided for free and travel expenses will be refunded up to € 270 (flights, trains and buses, taxis are not included).
