
From 19th March to 28th March 2017, a representation of Asociación PROJUVEN participated in the Erasmus+ project ¨Youth workers – the engine of social change in marginalized communities” in Sofia, Bulgaria, coordinated by “New Opportunities Association” (Bulgaria). In the project took part 48 participants from Bulgaria, France, Armenia, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Turkey.
The main objective of the project “Youth workers – the driver of social change in marginalized communities” (YES Project) was deepening the skills and key skills of youth workers from various organizations in both inside and outside the EU working with Young people belonging to minority groups and disadvantaged young people, which will stimulate a sense of solidarity, intercultural dialogue and the reduction of social exclusion.
Thanks to the project the participants had opportunity to acquire new knowledge about the process of planning and implementing projects, formulating actions missions, vision, values and needs, goals and objectives, planning and goal setting, which will be of great benefit for them in their future projects realization.
