Can you give us your opinion about the project “Skills 4 Success”?
The project “Skills 4 Success” was well organized in each detail. There was a way to work on an important topic for all youth workers: how to create a project and manage. From the first to the last day there was no problem, and this is due to the good organization of the project. The sessions were full of fun notions and learning moments. We often used the beach as a place for our sessions, which meant that no one was bored or distracted.
What does project managment means to you? and what do project managers do?
Managing a project means taking care of everything. From the project proposal to the final report. The figure of the Project Manager is fundamental for the success of any project, he is the creator of the project and consequently the one who knows all the aspects better: he knows how to manage problems, risks and drawbacks. The project manager has the difficult task of making sure that the project he organizes can also find the satisfaction of all the participants, a detail that is not always simple.
3. What is the most important thing you have learned during the project?
The project has focused a lot on the pre-planning part: how to write a good project and make sure that those who are required to evaluate it can approve it, what are the topics to be addressed, how to describe them, etc. The session in which all the participants had to interpret the applicants and the evaluators was very interesting: in this way everyone has been able to understand what has priority, which activities to perform. There was time also to talk about the budget, that was very helpful.

Can you give us your opinion about the project “Skills 4 Success”?
The project “Skills 4 success” was unique possibility to learn write projects for youth. In this training course I learn a lot of things such as fill the project aplication personally, ideas generation methods and etc. Now I feel I can not only participate in Erasmus+ youth projects but I can also write and management them. Thank you ”Projuven” organization for give me such a great knowledge’s.

Can you give us your opinion about the project “Skills 4 Success”? 
We found the project very useful and enjoyable. We liked the activities. The group was great, everybody was communicative and helpful. We learned a lot about the KA1 projects, and really enjoyed to work on our own idea. Project magament means to us to create a project from an idea. A project manager coordinate programs, is responsible for the planning, risk analysis and scope. We were always courious about how these projects organised. After this project we all know how to manage and organise everything fine and smooth.
