Hello Vaida! Can you give us your opinion about the project “Drive the change”?
Project ‘’Drive the change’’ was really great. All the activities were very interesting and inclusive, participants were very friendly and helpful, topic was relevant and useful, trainings were well organised and practical in general.
In your opinion how can Social Entrepreneurs create value for our society?
Social Entrepreneurs usually start their business taking into account the social problems they see in the society and they bring some ideas or methods to respond to such problems and provide possible solutions. What is more, the mission for the Social Entrepreneurs is more important than profit so they measure the value of their business not by material profit but by social benefits they create for the society. That’s why they are ready to create tools to overcome relevant problems in case to reach public benefit.
What is the most important thing you have learned during the training? How do you plan to share and use your knowledge?
I have learned that it’s not enough just to have an idea. First you should thoroughly examine this idea in different ways and find likeminded people to help you develop it. Then maybe this idea can be implemented if you have a good team that is working together with you.
The training in which I participated, helped me to be more open-minded to social issues and I gained skills that I will surely use at my practical work in the future.
