#PJstories – Interview with Silvia

Silvia participated in the EU SCHOOL OF T-SKILLS & SELF EMPLOYMENT Training Course (Serbia)

Hello Silvia! Can you please give us a general opinion about the “EU school of T-skills & self-employment” project?

For me it was a very interesting course in which, in an equitable way, we have evolved our focus on work and the necessary tools to achieve them. It was an opportunity to better known ourselves as we are, as we think, to project and get what we want, to know our abilities and our capacity to work in groups and achieve a purpose, in this case about work and creativity.

How did the group affect your personal experience during this Training Course?

It has affected me very positively since we openly talkedtogether about all the results of each workshop and it was very curious to see how we thought and how we perform. I think it’s a great way to learn. On the one hand, you better know yourself when you see your results in the activities you have to deal with, and, on the other hand, you learn a lot about others, especially because they show theirthoughts and theirexperiences or how to react in certain circumstances.

What is the most important thing you have learned during the course?

These experiences are unforgettable because of what you can learn in the workshops and outside of them, with unknown people who finally end up being like a family member. So, at the end of the courses,I keep on looking for sharing experiences and opinions in a group. There were people from many countries, with very different cultures, but at the end of the project, I realize that people are not so different, regardless of where they come from.
