Major force event:
The two representative of Academy Future for Business Development due to a major force event, namely, the national airstrike in Italy, could not arrive in Italy on 15th December (travel day). In fact, their flight from Sofia (Bulgaria) with destination Bari (Italy) was cancelled and it was post pone to 2 days later. So, once Bulgarian representatives realized the impossibility to attend the meeting in Italy, they contacted the Bulgarian National Agency, that gave them the possibility to realize the meeting with other project partners via skype. The other project partner representatives of Futuro Digitale and Asociación PROJUVEN met regularly without any inconvenience in Terranova da Sibari (meeting venue).
DAY 1
9:45 Welcome to partners project managers by Liberale and Antonio Gallo (representatives of Futuro Digitale)
10:00 – 11:00 Discussion on the realization of activities carried out by Italian partner, Futuro Digitale
11:00 – 12:00 Presentation of the dissemination events organized by Futuro Digitale; results;
12:00 – 13:00 Presentation of the materials made during the activities; achievements;
13:00 – 13:30 Open discussion between project partners related to the presentation of the Italian partner; feedback; recommendations
13:30 – 15:00 Lunch break
15:00 – 18.30 Presentation of Asociación Projuven, Spanish partner
- Discussion on the realization of activities carried out (with a special focus on the first mobility activity host by PROJUVEN, in the end of April); feedback; achievements; impact on local community; participant satisfaction and outcomes;
- Presentation of the dissemination events organized by Projuven on local, national and international level;
- Presentation of the materials made during the activities; summary of achievements;
18:30 – 19:00 Open discussion between project partners related to the presentation of the Spanish partner; feedback; recommendations;

DAY 2 (Virtual Skype meeting with the coordinators of the project)
9:45 The morning session started with video skype call from Bulgaria and greetings from the coordinators Jivka Tomova and Gergana Petrova;
10:00 – 11:30 Discussion on the realization of activities carried out by the Bulgarian NGO, Academy Future for Business Development;
- Presentation of the dissemination event organized by them in local, national and international level
- Presentation of the materials made during the activities; achievements
11:30 – 12:00 Discussion between all partners on the ongoing tasks related to the implementation of the project. Establishment of a plan for the implementation of the planned activities in accordance with the objectives set in the project.
12:00 – 12:45 Allocation of duties /the role/ of each partner in the activities. Discuss the means of communication and collaboration in the second year of project implementation.
12:45 – 13:30 Monitoring of documentation related to project activities.
13:30 – 15:00 Lunch break
15:00 – 16.00 Discussion related to the upcoming training session in Bulgaria:
- Determination of the period for carrying out the activity
- Location
- Criteria for selecting mobility participants
- Program Summary
16:00 – 17:30 Final conclusions, issuing the participation e-Certificates and meeting closure
