Contact-making seminar „EVS Global” in Bansko, Bulgaria


From 15th of May to 20th of May 2017, the representatives of Asociación Projuven took part in the Erasmus+ project „EVS GLOBAL” in Bansko, Bulgaria, implemented by Alternativi International. In the project took part Youth workers/EVS coordinator highly involved in the EVS field from: Poland, Romania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Spain, Bulgaria and FYROM.

The overall aim of the project was to establish contact between organizations from Europe and the EuroMediterranean region working in the field of EVS and support youth workers and EVS coordinators trough developing their skills, knowledge and competence in the field, which will lead to the development of high quality EVS projects with a global dimension.

The specific objectives of the contact-making seminar EVS Global were to exchange experience and good practice between NGOs in order to help them create quality and efficient projects, to provide a platform for youth workers to develop their knowledge, skills and competencies for better management of EVS projects with a global dimension and the development of youth work on European level. Moreover, as a result from the seminar there were effective partnerships developed between the participating organizations and many new project ideas were formed.

We are glad to present you one of our Spanish representative Elvira Garcia who took part in the contact-making seminar EVS Global. Elvira already realised her European Voluntary Service in Tryavna, Bulgaria.
