Hello Etien, would you give us your opinion about the project?
It was an amazing event! I would say the PROJUVEN organization did a great job. For me it was a perfect combination between gaining useful knowledge (on psychological, managerial, European and many other topics) and meeting new friendly people from across Europe.
Something about the intercultural night?
Excellent mood and motivation to explore new cultures – it is something that everyone must experience. I learnt a lot from my friends from Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Slovakia and Romania. I am also happy that our team from Bulgaria managed to present some national meals – everybody loved lyutenitsa :))
What does “diversity” mean for you?
For me diversity is an opportunity to live in a better world. It is everywhere around us – different opinions, traditions, beliefs, etc. It is something we should respect and take advantage of. So many unique people live under the same sky. This is wonderful!
Can you give us your idea on how to resolve problems related to diversity?
I always resolve problems in a way that results to win-win situations. I think it is a perfect approach when it comes to diversity.
